How we started

Why we built this

We started managing our own rental property in Atlanta the way most people do — figuring it out as we went. What we noticed quickly was how impersonal the process had become on every side. Guests dealt with apps and automated messages instead of people. Owners handed their properties to companies that treated them like a number on a spreadsheet.

So we built Your Next Rentals around a simple idea: every relationship guest, tenant, owner, or investor — should have a real person on the other end who actually knows the property and actually picks up the phone.

Today that means holiday homes across Midtown, Atlantic Station, and Duluth for travelers who want to book direct and skip the platform fees. It means furnished leases for people relocating to Atlanta. It means full-service management for owners who want their property handled like we'd handle our own.
