Hi, I'm Mariam Tai, CEO of Your Next Rentals, and together with my husband, Rais Usman, we've built a family-driven business dedicated to helping you find the perfect stay, lease the right home, secure smart investments, manage properties seamlessly, and oversee your construction and renovation from start to finish.

25 Years of Real Estate Experience

For the past 25 years, we have lived and breathed real estate.

What started with one personal rental property gradually grew into a journey of purchasing, managing, renting, remodeling, and investing in both residential and commercial properties. Along the way, we expanded into the hospitality industry and continued to grow our experience across different areas of real estate.

It wasn't always easy. We experienced the ups and downs of the market, made mistakes, learned valuable lessons, and worked through the challenges that come with owning and managing properties.

Every experience — good or bad — has helped shape the knowledge and perspective we have today.

From one property to multiple investments, from residential to commercial, and from purchasing to managing and building — we've been through the process.
